Take the dollars to denim challenge in observance of Sexual Assault Awareness Month on Denim Day!
Denim Day is an annual sexual violence prevention and education campaign which started in 1992 as an international protest against the myth that what someone wears is an invitation to be abused.
This year, SCVP will join with local businesses and schools to promote Denim Day. Donate $5 to wear your jeans to work on April 24th, and all proceeds with go to benefit SCVP! All you have to do is give your donation to the designated person at your place of work and an SCVP representative will pick it up. Wear your favorite jeans and support survivors of sexual violence!
